Framinator

1. General

Framinator ("we", "app" or "Framinator") is a mobile application that transforms users' photos and videos into cinematic scenes using artificial intelligence. We respect your privacy and implement the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

The basic data types we currently collect are:

• Uploaded Media: Photos and videos uploaded for AI processing.
• Contact Information: Email address (provided for account creation or communication).

In the future, we plan to add analytics tools for marketing and usage analysis purposes (anonymous or pseudonymous). Users will be informed when this is activated.

3. Purposes of Data Use

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Processing your uploaded photos and videos to provide transformed results.
• Sending account and application-related notifications and updates.
• (In the future) Improving the app experience and performance.

4. Data Processing with Fal.ai

Media processing within Framinator is performed through the Fal.ai service:

• Uploaded photos and videos are transmitted to Fal.ai via a secure connection and processed solely to perform the requested transformation.
• Fal.ai uses the data only for processing purposes; media files provided by the app are not permanently stored after processing.
• We do not sell or share your media files with other third parties; only the necessary sharing with Fal.ai for processing is performed.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded media files are automatically deleted after processing is completed or temporarily held and then removed later (depending on app settings and Fal.ai policies). Information associated with your account, such as email addresses, is retained as long as you continue to use your account.

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Request access to their personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of data (right to be forgotten).
• Withdraw consent given for data processing.

Framinator is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13. If we learn that data belonging to a child has been collected, we promptly take necessary steps to delete the relevant data.

To ensure data security, we implement industry-standard technical and operational measures in the app (encryption, access controls, etc.). However, no digital transmission or storage method is 100% secure; therefore, we recommend that users exercise caution when sharing sensitive data.

9. Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified through in-app notifications or email. The publication date of the most current version of the policy is shown at the top of the page.
